§ IV · FAQ

Which countries currently have a reciprocal tariff?

The list below shows every 9903.01.x rule currently flagged active in the USITC HTS snapshot. The "Applies to" column lists the country codes named in each rule. Country scope changes over time — refer to the Federal Register reference column for the latest modification.

How does the reciprocal tariff interact with Section 301?

For China-origin goods, both schedules apply simultaneously. The duty stack is: MFN base + Section 301 (if 9903.88.x applies) + IEEPA (if 9903.02-04 applies) + Reciprocal (if 9903.01 applies for China). Dutylane composes the full stack per origin in the duty calculator.

Is the reciprocal tariff in effect today?

Effective dates vary by country and by rule. Each rule below shows its "effective from" / "effective to" dates as carried in the USITC export. Pauses and rollbacks are reflected in the status field; rules with status != active are excluded from this list.
